Results reflect the acquisition of EnerTel, offset by increased business development and other S/G/A expenses. TakeOver Rumors from Bloomberg: Message 9656707 Message 9676466 Significant increase in volume and some large trades: Trades >5000 shares on Friday May.21/99 Message 9681367 Significant Risk as well: Message 9688502 Summary: The large increase in volume this past week (and a fellow poster on my thread) alerted me to this stock. Takeover rumor story on bloomberg was unbiased as far as I can tell. The second takeover story was from a paid promoter of the stock but provides some useful information. Chart indicates a definite uptrend but resistance at the $10 level. I would consider this a safer pick if it breaks $10 this week and maintains it. I however take more risk and have taken a position @ $9.25 with a mental stop loss at $8 for the time being. Personal target of $15-$18 but will most likely sell with waning of momentum and volume.
