The turn-around will come when funds start buying. I think they'll wait for a lower price. And if your broker friend is right, then lower prices are coming. But if they go up on Monday, then we won't rely on that indicator any more. I do think many who bought the 20% dip are hurting now, and some cannot hold their position anymore.
