Let's see if the management can finally start getting their act together. When I originally heard there were other parties interested, and Gary honed in on one, I too, spoke to someone and said basically, "is he crazy"...If there are/were 3 parties out there interested, a good businessman would have never shut out the other two....just like stock, he should never have put all his eggs in one basket. Basically, he told the other two without words, we are not interested in dealing with you...But then when it falls thru, he goes back to at least one and says, ok, want to talk!!!!! I as a businessman of the other party that was totally ignored, would not be so interested anymore to say the least. But what's worse, is that once the other deal fell thru, you are at a big disadvantage when you go back to them....That was very, very foolish IMO. They should have been in negotiations with all three, and may the best one win! |
