The U.S. has no army left to speak of, That is such a bogus statement. You've swallowed Rush's rhetoric hook line and sinker. The US could well stand smaller armed forces, and maybe then we can afford a decent social program. Some research topics for you. How many Fleet Aircraft Carriers we currently have? How many Fast attack nuclear subs; How many missile subs? How big is our army? How many tanks? Helicopters?
