When I responded to your earlier post on the similarities of CMGI and SFE, I focused on their investment criteria and portfolios. You are correct, however, in that one major difference between the two businesses is that SFE allows shareholder participation (through direct share purchases and rights offerings) in there portfolio IPOs whereas CMGI does not.

Again, when SFE hits the PR button sometime in the next three months, this baby is going to fly. It's simply a matter of time at this point.
