To all that seek criminal action I hope you don't own the stock. As my mother is wont to say "you don't cut off your nose to spite your face". I am not a lawyer but if you read all the announcements that are in writing or by pronouncement they all are covered by the "foward looking statements" at the end of each and every one. As Cap'n Jack has said numerous times, he felt that JJ was a good manager but not CEO material. I don't know if he was right or not but the one thing we know is that he is self serving. Unfortunately this is true of most CEO's who feel the company is their own personal feifdom and do not work in the best interests of the stockholders. Again I do not see this as a criminal action, again IMO. I am all for JDN's solution, but not too hopeful of an outcome that will help anyone but the lawyers. I can not believe that TAVA and RS were not expecting a class action suit in our litigous society. eleebee
