I don't have the exact post. But basically this guy is working for a small car repair firm and believes that CPRT is losing share (at least not gaining share) from small competitors. He also mentioned that CPRT has a much higher pricing structure compared to the smaller ones. He thinks that in an relationship driven industry, it is highly unlikely to see fast consolidation. CPRT also has a lower margin than the smaller players (what about economie of scale?). Bottom line, CPRT does not have competitive advantage compared to the smaller players.

I am obviously no expert in this industry. But if what he said were indeed true, then why the hell are all the insiders buying? Are they like the KNT of the world just waiting for another bounce to further unload. We need to watch this stock very closely in the next few weeks.
