I first bought ancr as a daytrading opportunity in June or so of 97, I made some money rather quickly and thought I was a daytrading genius. Then, after I sold those very, very speculative shares at a profit, I began to read the posts and to follow the stock. After reading every post, I became convinced that you were a man of technological expertise and great integrity. Then I bought some at 10, 11, 12 and held until it began that downdraft; and there I proved my ignorance by buying at 8 1/2, thinking it would surely come back from there. Then I held and held and held and began to feel like a fanatic. I needed money for a big house renovation project, but I just could not pull the plug. Then finally, there was no way out but to bet it all on ancr when it hit 1 the second time. I then began to buy back--on each move up. (This shows what a great daytrader I am not.) I sold my sister on it at 10 or 11; then I sold my son-in-law on it in January at 8 1/2. I have held and held and held and prosyletized because I believed in your integrity and the integrity of Kerry Lee and George and others.

NOW . . . .

Don't leave now. Scrape up a few pennies from somewhere. Do something. Do not let this become a bad memory. Turn it into a positive one. And never, never let anyone shake your self-confidence and self-assurance. You have meant so much to so many whom you will never know. Take comfort in the words of the 126th Psalm: "He that goeth forth weeping, carrying precious seeds shall come again rejoicing bringing with him sheaves of harvest." (I work as a training consultant, and at one time I lost a major contract with a federal agency through some machinations that made me feel very much as you do now. I came across these words in an essay (I think they are from a Hebrew translation of the Bible) and they comforted me then and I pray they will comfort you now.

NOW . . . .

Get up, brush yourself off, and get back in the saddle again. Learn from your mistakes; do not take them and cherish them and make them a seed of bitterness. Come go forward with us!!! Please.
