Eleebee, I'm not seeking criminal action. To be honest, I just threw that out because the thread was dying.

I have a wishful scenario in the back of my mind that says this is a crafty ploy by JJ to get free of the traders and stir up some interest for a higher buyout price. If that happens then we can all praise him again for doing such a great job.

I do wonder how Wexler could say "fraudulent" so many times with such impunity....jc
