I agree 100%! "IF" Gary had 3 interested parties... it would be dumb to shut the door on two. You might want to give a higher priority to the best bidder... but... you should always have back-up contracts in the wings. When you are talking big dollars... the chance always exists that a buyer will not get the funding. Sounds like Gary has been out of the picture for a while. Although this has caused a major set back time wise.... all may not be lost. They still have the land lease and it is worth money. Let's just hope management learned some valuable lessons and has gotten this one back on track. Time will tell. Hey... these are the Pennies... anything can happen!!! LOL Got to love it!! Deb'
