Boy, is it depressing to read the last few posts on Raging Bull. KNM has lowered herself to mentioning lawsuits BETWEEN shareholders posting on Boards. Oh, man. IMO, the response to Cnatman's well reasoned post was not all that great: "DCI mgt could not have anticipated this, DCI mgt could not have anticipated that, is it Murphy's fault that this happened?, it it Murphy's fault that that happened?, etc, etc, etc. It seems to me that the issues Cnatman was addressing were the ways in which anticipated events have not materialized, casting doubt on the credibility of future forward looking press releases. I'm on record as saying the SEC's actions have been despicable, but that is not all that is involved. I'm very afraid that when trading resumes on the BB, all those who were not super-determined to sell on the pinks will do so looking for greener pastures. Keep in mind, we here on these threads have been the buyers/demand for this stock - the bias otherwise has been overall selling (especially since the $3+ in April). Oh yeah, somebody knew alright & we were "played" pretty well. I fear we are all gonna be "hurtin for certain" next week. BTW - THIS IS NOW MY #1 QUESTION --HOW DOES THE SEC ACTION AFFECT OUR CHANCES OF A FULL NAZDAQ OR AMEX LISTING. WE ARE GOING NOWHERE WITHOUT IT & THE IMPENDING MOVE FROM BB TO FULL LISTING WAS ONE OF MY MOST MAJOR REASONS FOR BUYING THIS STOCK IN THE FIRST PLACE.........V
P.S. -- DCI mgt HAS CONTINUOUSLY SAID that getting off the BB was a primary concern. Is it now out the window? |
