Question for anyone. As many of you might know, SEGA's new DREAMCAST system will be launched in the US on 9/9/1999. It runs Windows CE. How does such an agreement work with Microsoft, do they get a fee for every DREAMCAST sold or was there a one shot deal I missed. Thanks.
