The business about the word that rhymes with "runt" made me think of a joke I heard not so long ago. The Pope and a cardinal are flying back to the Vatican. The pontiff is killing time by working a crossword puzzle. He gets the cardinal's attention and declares "Word, four letters, means a woman. Blank you enn tee." The cardinal ponders a moment, then says "Aunt". The pope says "Right. <a few seconds pause> Got an eraser?"
