They have lots of wholly-owned subsidiaries but I think they will hold off on spin outs (you don't get shares but rights to buy) until the reorganization is complete and most of the companies have moved up considerablly. I see a slow posative move in many of the Thermo companies ( in addition to the move in TMO) so they are on the right track. Bruce
