Black Sea plans to commence a deep exploration-drilling program this summer that will target large oil and gas reserves in the southern San Joaquin Basin, in California. The southern San Joaquin Basin is one of the most prolific hydrocarbon regions in the world, with more than 12 billion barrels of oil found to date.
