Based on what? You are correct, it is somewhat difficult to put a precise value on OKTI. . . due to the unique, spin-off nature of the company. However, spin-offs generally intend to add significant value to shareholders; I see no reason why OKTI should be an exception. OKTI is already commencing its plans to provide a couple of spin-off companies to its shareholders, hopefully within the next few months. And furthermore, I have a feeling that rumored upcoming news will show us a more complete picture. As far as my market timing model? I stated early next week. . . and that is a couple of days away. So lets be patient before we jump the gun. If I get any more detailed updates, I'll do my best to make the thread aware.
