I have some questions regarding the extra shares of stock. If a significant portion of the stock is used for acquisitions, how does that affect the future value of the stock? Since you are using the stock to buy companies, will it affect the value (negatively) of the current shareholders in any way? And, will all of the outstanding shares affect the number of times the stock can split in the future? What about using the stock for stock option and incentive plans, and perhaps secondary offerings? How does that affect value if at all?

Thanks for any explanations.
