Now lets look at an email posted back on this board from Aug/Sept in which Pioneer Dick defends himself against the Skolnick quotes of the FDA reports. Please note the highlighted areas as they indicate statements that do not appear to be true based on what you have just read at Andrews FDA report site:

"The FDA action taken in Wisconsin concerning the LINTRO-SCAN resulted because of the irresponsible action of the individual who owned the LINTRO-SCAN and personally chose to promote it improperly. The individual promoted the LINTRO-SCAN as a replacement for mammography, a claim never made by me or anyone directly associated with the company. Mrs. Grable nor I had any control over the device nor how it was promoted or used after it was sold.
The
posting presents this fact in a totally differentmanner."

Note Dicks denial of making misleading claims DIRECTLY contradicts the FDA reports scanned by Skolnick - see the September 6-21 report, especially pages 7, 8, 10, and 13).

In his email, Dick preceeded the above denial with my favorite humble line: "I am a pioneer in the field of medical optical imaging."
