Apparently the costs are different dependingf on the market you live in...here, dsl is 10/mo less than canble and there is no set up fee for dsl, but there is for cable.....I think it is 100 bucks or so.
I have had dsl since Jan. The phone company had to learn what they were doing, but now the service is excellent and I would recommend it
