Reading Francois's little message, post #609, I see an interesting pattern.

If you look closely, this is not the work of a simple individual. In fact, it reads and was prepared exactly in the same way a proxy battle solicitation letter is written.

So I ask, what proxy solicitation firm did Francois previously work for before being hired by the organized shorts, or before embarking on a career as a short player?

You've been outed, Frank. And that name Goelo? Is that not the most obvious play on the phrase "Go Low" or what? Fact is, you were suspected by the prior management for some time of being a phony, but now you are doing a good job of proving it.

I hope the SEC does take a look at this stuff and finds reason to check you, Auric and others out very carefully. You are perpetrating a fraud on innocent investors and it should be stopped quickly.

And all the new management team has done is make big profits for their shareholders by selling shopping.com for $220 million. What have you done?
