in a press release a couple of weeks ago the intent of the increased shares to be voted tomorrow is to use as currency to buy other firrms; so no mystery exists about their use of the shares....i recall back in 3/99 that the chart indicated to me the bottom was in the 90s but it hasn't yet returned there...for the last week i've had a GTC to buy if it goes under 100, so i'll wait and see. $MOGUL: i don't recall the context of criticizing (your word i'm sure) your sell; i imagine it was simply in the context of a short term/day trader looking to take a profit; i certainly have no objection to that. maybe it was that as a buy and hold guy i don't really care how far it falls (gulp). as #1 DC has the market for the foreseeable future. Now being past all the turbulence of last week with the fed bias and options expiring i prefer to look to monday's meeting and the inspiring announcements that will come forth. go DCLK
