Glad to hear you did so well with it Malcolm. I know I seem to be making more of a distinction between a "watch" recommendation and a "buy" recommendation than anyone else seems to be! I've never heard of a newsletter writer getting sued for a lousy pick. They all have disclaimers, although I am not sure if these hold up in court. Victor
