Whisperer, thanks for the response. I also like the low number of shares. 6 million is nice and low. Even if they split the shares a couple of times, they will still only have about as many shares as SNMM. Do you know what time frame they have to be reporting by? NASD phase in schedule would put the time frame at November 1999 based on their current symbol: otcbb.com However, I believe they did a reverse merger to become public. The original symbol was SIMMD. So they may not be required to report until April 1999. The sooner the better. Credibility is very important. Mike
