The FDA can pretty much do what ever it wants to subject to breaking the law and looking bad. It has to tell DUSA something before July 1. It could approve. It could issue an approvable letter subject to conditions including a panel. It could...it could... who knows My 44 target assumes product launch by the end of this calendar year. And, it is a pretty conservative target, even though it may not seem to be in absolute terms. I suspect we are going to see a fair amount of volatility between now and July 1. I don't expect a partner to roll out in the middle of all this. That will likely happen after all near term hurdles like a panel and/or an approvable letter.
