Comments - SHEL Andrew: I calculated a Z-score = 1.49, same as yours. Judging by the equity structure, it looks like they may have a few toxic convertibles on their balance sheet. Supposedly this is detailed in some of the other SEC filings. Can you provide a short summary of the terms of the convertibles and a rationale as to why you think the stock may be a good short candidate (other than the low Z-score)? Any fundamental of technical analysis would be appreciated. TIA. Razor
