I do not know the exact temperature of Kyrotech systems, but I am reasonably sure that is below 0 Celsius , in order to have significant speed enhancement.

However that issue is moot, since the reliability still suffers even if the temperature exceeds 0 Celcius. Unless you are in an air-conditioned room, on a rainy day, moisture will collect on any object which is cooled below room temperature. Whenever the relative humidity is high , moisture will inevitably collect on any object below room temperature. The cooler the object, the worse the problem. Cooling to 0 degrees limits the problem,but does not eliminate it.

I agree that for certain high performance workstations, the headache and reliability of cooling can be dealt with. But it is not to be used for the masses.
