Why would WE buy Pyng stock at this time?
This question has been posed to us by more than one investor.
-We expect FAST1 to be a major success when it does go to market. The current management team and the staff, in our opinion, have the skills and abilities necessary to take the device to market. This may take longer than we would like, but the device is a "significant medical breakthrough" that has tremendous potential.
-I am convinced that the stock price is almost completely news driven. There may well not be a great deal of news while Pyng finalizes the design and goes through the engineering phase prior to volume production.
-These factors plus some investor disillusionment, in my opinion, is already priced into the stock creating what we see as the a bargain.
-The stock may have been over bought in the past, but the company continues to make significant progress and the share price is darn cheap. Yes, it could go lower while we await news. If that did happen, we would look at adding to our position.
-At some point larger investors will discover the stock and those on the sidelines will be playing catch-up.
We do see some potential problems as we move to production. We intend to keep close contact with the company until volume production has started. We hope that management is understanding of our vigilance as we do have a reasonable financial interest in this stock and it may well grow.
Regards, Ed
