Bobby, Very good points. This has been a frustrating experience for all of us and I do think anyone who hasn't asked some very hard questions of late isn't present on their investment with DCI. However (as you adroitly pointed out) once this inquisitional purification is done, DCI should return to nearly a virginal status leaving nothing but qualifying status to impede our jounrney to the NASDAQ or AMEX. In spite of all this time and all these unfortunate delays, I'm personally comfortable with my DCI position. I continue to feel the fine way DCI Investor Relations, Joe Murphy and Joe Medsker have endeavored to keep us all current and clear through this cloudy process is beyond precedent. It surpasses anything I've experienced in the past with any other company. The personal manner in which the shareholders have been addressed through this period shows the resolve and the concern DCI feels about about their company and their shareholders. I'm not being maudlin or a sentimentalist when I say this. There is a collective, sensitive spirit here that I feel will lead us all to brighter days and blue skies. Onward, George
