Barb,OT, somewhat. I believe, on another thread, you educated someone on employee stock options, maybe you can help? My son-in-law is being hired by a web server company (he's a webmaster). Part of the job offer included stock options, initially 2000 shrs. This company is not public. Would you express opinions on some of the different types/pros & cons that these options might be & what to look for, ie: holding period before being exercised, etc. Know this is a wide open question but any help would be appreciated.
