<<I do wonder how Wexler could say "fraudulent" so many times with such impunity>>

The answer, quite simply - is because I was right. I was well aware of TAVA's stock promotion fraud even before I started posting on this thread. I was aware of Karl Drobnic's involvement. I knew down to the last penny exactly how much TAVA management compensated various promoters. I knew exactly how various lies and rumors got started.

Can't sue someone for libel when they're telling the truth.

Interestingly, one company actually did end up suing me for comments I made on the interent. Cyberguard Inc. (now trading at 0 per share). The suit was dropped after the accounting fraud that I uncovered became public information.

One of the key mistakes that stock promoters who post on SI and Yahoo make when dealing with me (usually in the forms of insults and taunts directed at me) is assuming that I'm simply "talking my position". Some are smart enough to realize that I may have done a little homework and will try to avoid confronting me. Unfortunately, most stock touts are not very smart. They make their living out of conning small investors out of their hard-earned money, so it stands to reason that their IQs would not stretch far above that of the common punk holding up a convenience store.

Regards,
Bill Wexler
