That is 100% Correct I said before That while I was on Stock House some guys were pumping Npec so I decide to Do some Research on Npec and posted What My thoughts were. I went to 4 site and all were pumping Npec.Trying to lure investors to watch or jump in one of the two. PS Like I said I'm not here to Bash Npec they can prove themselves by puting out nr stating facts or contracts they signed. The Proof is in the Pudding
