I do post there yes and yes sometimes I will Trade a stock in a couple of days but mostly I buy and hold.
Just Ask the Chief on Day Trading.
If I was day trading I would post there everyday not once in awhile.

PS When I buy stock in a company I stick to my guns on What I posted
and By the Way Just ask around where I post if My true colors are Shown.

Show Me some Proof Where this Company is Going and I will Have no problem Buying Stock.
