Like I said the proof will be told when npec puts out a nr worth something to talk.
When and if IR sent out faxes or e-mail I call that promotion with no material changes to company.What would you call it??????????

PS If you want a real company that does not promote try casg with 23mil US Dollar Contracts that trades at .16c with 39mil shares out no thats a real company and is not promoted yet.
