Bjorn, a straight p/e comparison would certainly attract attention to ecsoft - looking down this morning's FT the closest companies would probably be Logica and Sema, with p/e of 37 & 44. But that doesn't really tell you much to be honest.

I understand why the co would go to the US to raise funds - the UK just isn't that good at venture capital. I would also understand why the shares on Nasdaq could be ignored and thus be 'undervalued'. To US retail & institutional buyers a small consulting co. in UK & Northern Europe seems pretty remote. To UK people, it is a co. not even quoted in London, so less accessible.
