Dear Waldy and all: Many of you have thanked me publicly or privately and have asked what if anything you can do to help. I spoke to counsel over the weekend and he informed me of something that would be of great assistance IF you feel the offering price of $8 is unequitable and intend to vote NO to the offer. I am not going to post publicly strategy moves etc etc. However, if you are interested in helping, owned stock at the date of the offer and intend to hold your stock till the final vote please email me at Nicewong@aol.com .
