Harold,
I'm afraid this issue of investing in smallcaps goes further than this in the drug/biotech area. Look at all the major drug companies over the past few months (Pfizer, Schering, Lilly,etc) and you will see all of them are off more than 20% from their highs. PLMD is caught up in both the small cap and drug syndrome.
