Ken,

Many small tech companies get their seed money from individuals through private placements......and those placements tend to be at a price that makes folks want to participate. An example might be venture capital outfits.......they try to get in on the ground floor.....and tend to do well.....if everything works out. It is high risk.....high reward.

AYIC wanted to raise $200,000 up front....and also have another $600,000 upon calling of the warrants. I think they feel the warrants will be called quickly....and that a secondary offering will be attempted later this year. The warrant money I believe is to get them to that point.

At least that is what the filing says.....or implies.

The warrants are like options with a strike price of $3.00......so the stock must be higher....or nobody would bother to convert them.....nor would the company call them.

I do agree that anything over $10.00 would be nice.......and that $40.00 would be outstanding.......

I have no idea what the stock will be able to do......it depends on the sales growth rates......and technical balances of the situation......IMO.

It will be exciting.......perhaps it will even happen sometime in June.<g>
