BV is not Proprietary, it's an application written in C++, and it uses CORBA as communications protocol. How is that Proprietary?

BV is a PROVEN, scalable architecture. ARTG will appeal to the lower level staff that is going to implement a solution for their organization, because it is JAVA based, and every Web Head out there wants to put JAVA on their resume, before they leave where they are and go after the 30% pay increase everytime the jump from one company to another.
