Ratan:I hear Pawar is a 'Sugar barron' and has gotten his share of the loot over the years.You should know more about him than I do since you are from his neck of the woods.

As for instability,it is a given and has become the norm rather than the exception, even the rating agencies have this phenomenon now have it as permanent feature of their equation while rating the country.The only way out of this mess is some sort of constitutional amendment to ban all this mickey-mouse parties with very little political base,we even has one man parties in Kerala I think,geeez.
