So called "backdoor" internet plays have sold off after the IPO so some people might be selling in anticipation of this. Also, BNBN will be the hotter stock to begin with. I actually believe that BKS should do very well over the next few weeks especially with the pricing in the $16-$18 range. I would expect BKS to be upgraded by several houses very soon based on valuation of its BNBN holdings.
