Hey Kev,

What do you think is the best options-related way to play this erosion due to FTC uncertainty? June 70's? IMHO, this has been way overdone, since Logan unequivocally stated that the appeal process can be drawn out for many years and that the patents remain fully enforceable and the royalty fees will continue to be collected.

Any other long opinions welcome to take advantage of this dip...
