You're right Tom... Great news that the lawsuit has been settled with INTU. If the NAZDAQ was "back on track" like INTU's relationship with CKFR, we'd probably be seeing a pretty nice pop to the upside right now. The NAZ is just below some major support at the moment. If we don't see a STRONG rebound in the NAZ today, look out belowww. CKFR won't be immune to the drop either, IMO. Still holding for now. Best of luck SCOTT
