My, my. Let's look at this again. Skyridge says-- <<Here's my list of the only abuses that have transpired: 1. Someone (or several someones) who signed a confidentiality agreement(s) leaked the Private Placement Memorandum to both the media and to short selling traders and market makers - a violation of rules regarding inside information and a breach of the agreement they signed.>> Just how would Skyridge know about the existence of confidentiality agreements, the source of the supposed "leak", and to whom it was directed? Looks like his disguise is coming unraveled.
