I am not sure what sell signal you are talking about

The only Timing Model signal of any sort that I am aware of is a BUY signal circa October, 1990, at Dow 2365. The current Model, however, has been reported to be in effect since 1988, eleven years. I thought I heard him comment yesterday that about half of the Timing Model SELL signals see the market appreciate 1-2% before turning down and the other half apparently nail to the Top. So there do appear to be other signals, notably SELLS, that have occurred in either real time or on paper.
