How would I know that confidentialty agreements existed? Simple answer, because that is how every deal of this nature is done. I have openly said that I have a Wall Street background. That is how I know such things are commonplace. Thus, if the PPM's were given to people who didn't sign he agreements, that is a breach. Wake up and understand how the real world works. The problem is that novices bandy about information as if they knew what you were talking about, and end up scaring other people in the process. Besides, have you ever once seen me recommend purchase of the stock, or even urge people to take any action in terms of buy or sell? My aim is simple, to help cut through the BS. Everyone makes up their own mind as to buying or selling, but they should do so based on reality. And for the last time, I am not an insider, I am not paid by the company and I am not a member of the management team.
