taxman, Considering Nasdaq is down 40, MSFT is holding up very well. Is this another sign of strong support at these levels? The decline in the net stocks could also be a positive factor for MSFT in at least a couple of ways: 1. makes it easier for MSFT to be buy missing links to their MSN portal. 2. makes the momentum type of investors start going back to one of their "old" favorites--away from the net stocks. Is there any doubt that MSN will continue outgrowing the other major portals? I think is on a roll! It is a great site that gets better and more accessible. I actually use the Canadian version www.ca.msn.com. BTW--I got rid of my last net stock--ATHM, at least for now. I am staying away from this sector and instead am going to look into options on MSFT when the time is right.
