bald, tips on avoiding the margin dude... (may be very helpful today) 1. don't answer the door. 2. if the margin man says "i know you're in there" yell back "NO I'M NOT!!" 3. DON'T run out the back door. Fed call dude always waits back there for the margin dude to flush you out. 4. Create a diversion. set your portfolio on fire a throw it out the window. 5. while he's trying to break down the door, yell "IT'S ALL THE BROKER'S FAULT!" 6. try to confuse him. when your account shows negative buying power, start putting in a lot of big buy orders... hope this helps. good luck, bald dude...
