The price will be set after the road show. The road show usually takes place 3-4 weeks after the filing. So this would put the pricing date around March 31. I haven't seen the prospectus yet, but I bet that the price shown there is 19.5 as I believe that was the closing price (March 6) the day before the filing date (March 7) with the SEC. It is anybody's guess what the price will be after the road show but experience would argue that the price would be set at roughly a 10% discount to the previous day's close.
