PHOENIX, May 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Deerbrook Publishing Group (OTC Bulletin Board: DBPG - news) has announced that is has signed a letter of intent to acquire Rebecca Fine Arts, Inc., and Artist Russell Chatham will join Deerbrook Publishing Group, Inc. The acquisition could bring $2,000,000 in annual revenues and the distribution channels Deerbrook needs. Terms and conditions have not been released but Deerbrook anticipates closing the acquisition in the 3rd Quarter.

Russell Chatham works in his studio on the outskirts of the Yellowstone National Park in Livingston, Montana. His work has long been associated with the Great Northwest but his images have transcended regionalism and found a prominent place on the national scene. He has been profiled in Esquire, Southwest Art, People, U.S. Art, Antiques and Fine Art, Architectural Digest, Smart, The Denver Post, The San Francisco Chronicle, The San Francisco Examiner, The Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, The Chicago Tribune, The Seattle Times, The Associated Press, National Public Radio's Morning Edition and Fresh Air, PBS and CBS Sunday Morning. Sophisticated search technology will enable buyers to locate artwork based on genre, media, even color and size.
