It's been so long since the market as a whole has done poorly, many investors do not see potential for a true bear market that could strangle capitalization relied on through OTCBB exchange. If this happens, and it's been over 20 years, then you would see ARET and the rest of the OTC exchange follow the DOW, and it would not be a pretty sight. pretty Bird
